Path to Product

From POC to shipped.

Four phases, 17 months, $35K seed. Honest timeline, honest economics. We're in Phase 1 right now — the site you're reading is the validation artifact.

QuickBooks sees rows. BlueLedger sees jobs.

Capital required

We're raising $35,000 at the Phase 1 → Phase 2 boundary. That covers a 75-day MVP build (1 FT contractor), GLBA / CFPB §1033 compliance setup, 12 months of Plaid + infra, 50 design-partner Visa-card incentives, and legal. Full line-item breakdown lives on the For Investors page.

Why we're not raising more

$35K is what it costs to ship the wedge and validate retention. Anything more is speculation in a market we haven't earned trust in yet. We'd rather raise a small seed, ship the MVP, prove ≥40% week-4 retention with 50 design partners, and then decide whether to bootstrap to break-even or take a Series A from a position of leverage.
